چکیده
This paper presents the small-signal operation of a $g_{\mathrm {m}}$ -boosted inverter-cascode transimpedance amplifier which has not been reported previously and whose comprehensive analysis is available in any article or text-book. A simplified sequential equivalent-circuit method employed eliminates need for complicated circuit techniques. The shows that gain gain-bandwidth transimpedance-amplifier enhanced by -boosting amplifier. due to increased output impedance TIA, and, reduced input-referred miller-effect capacitance through trade-off employing loop. To verify actual performance improvement achieved, simulation results as well measured experimental are also provided.

In this work, we present a fully differential transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with controllable transimpedance for use in RF overlay downstream communication systems. The transimpedance amplifier has been designed in a standard 180-nm CMOS technology and it is intended for 47 MHz to 870 MHz subcarrier multiplexed RF signals. It performs a 18 dBΩ transimpedance gain control range for extended opt...
متن کاملBiCMOS variable gain transimpedance amplifier for automotive applications
A new BiCMOS variable gain transimpedance amplifier with a large area integrated photodiode for automotive applications is presented. Through careful control of the input pole position and the frequency response of the core amplifier, the bandwidth of the transimpedance amplifier varies from 112 to 300 MHz when its gain changes from 14.2 kV to 400 V. The proposed circuit configuration maintains...

In this paper, reduced power consumption, low-noise CMOS amplifier using chopper technique is designed, chopper-equalized amplifier had been used as a front end of a voltage-to-frequency converter instrument which performs pretty well, and they were meeting just about every specification, but they had a problem with undesired and unpleasant little offset shifts and jumps. Trying to solve this p...
